Individual Therapy

Together, we’ll gently uncover the roots of pain and disconnection, while building emotional resilience and self-awareness. Whether you're navigating anxiety, heartbreak, relationship challenges, or the impact of trauma, we’ll move at your pace to help you reconnect with your authentic self and feel more whole.

EMDR Therapy

Healing from the inside out.

Sessions are 53 minutes and $275 per session

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps you process and release painful memories and beliefs. It’s especially effective for childhood and intergenerational trauma, as well as deep emotional wounds that feel “stuck.”

In our sessions, you’ll be supported every step of the way as we gently work through trauma, reduce emotional reactivity, and help you feel more grounded in the present. Together, we’ll create space for healing and transformation.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Therapy in motion—mind, body, and nature.

Sessions are 53 minutes and $275 per session

For those who feel more at ease in nature or while moving, walk-and-talk therapy might be the perfect fit. We’ll meet in a peaceful outdoor setting near Walnut Creek, where nature supports emotional regulation and calm. We’ll choose low-traffic paths to ensure your privacy and comfort, just like in a traditional therapy session, but with the added benefit of movement and fresh air.

Somatic Therapy

Regulate, reconnect, and restore from the inside out.

Mind-body integration weaves mindfulness, meditation, grounding, and body awareness into therapy. These practices help regulate your nervous system and build a stronger connection between body and mind.

You’ll gain self-soothing tools and a better understanding of how your body responds to stress—supporting deep, lasting healing.
